PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for finding expert route data that can be efficiently utilized. SOLUTION: An expert route generating server (center server) B has a processing unit 10 constituted of a microprocessor and memory, such as, a DRAM; an input section 11 for receiving instructions from the server center unit and input of information; a drive unit 12 for reading and writing recovery data and analysis data from and in a recording medium, such as, DVDs and HDDs (for example DVD drives); a DVD medium mounted on the drive unit 12; an HDD medium 13; a communication unit 14 for receiving the data via the Internet from a navigation system shown in Fig.1 and transmitting (distributing) the analytical data, an external storage medium 16, such as a USB memory, and a display unit (display) 18 for displaying a variety of data on a screen.
