<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal barrier coating material having the high-temperature crystal stability more excellent than YSZ, and having high toughness and high thermal barrier effect, and to provide a thermal barrier coating having a ceramic layer formed by using the thermal barrier coating material, and having excellent heat cycle durability, and a turbine member and a gas turbine having the thermal barrier coating. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal barrier coating material consists mainly of ZrO<SB>2</SB>containing Yb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and Sm<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>as a stabilizer while the content of the stabilizer is ≥2 mol% but ≤7 mol%, and the content of Sm<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>is ≥0.1 mol% but ≤2.5 mol%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
