BASE STATION DEVICE IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently inform a user device which resource should be used for transmitting control information having a small number of bits but requiring high quality with an uplink.

SOLUTION: A user device transmits an up control signal to this base station device by a single carrier method. The user device includes: a means to receive a down control signal and a down data signal; a means to prepare delivery confirmation information representing a positive response or negative response to the down data signal; a means to prepare an up control signal including the delivery confirmation information; a means to transmit the up control signal with a resource separate from a resource that may be used for the up data signal; and a storage means to store a predetermined correspondence relationship for uniquely relating a resource of the down control signal or the down data signal to a resource used for the up control signal.
