发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING ACRYLIC RESIN POWDER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize high productivity by suppressing production of fine particles thereby improving handling ease of powder and thereby preventing trouble in a process, and to reduce energy cost in a drying process by generating a resin with low dehydration water content. SOLUTION: In an operation to recover a resin by coagulating a polymer latex including an acrylonitrile unit with a coagulant solution composed of an inorganic salt or an inorganic acid, production of fine particles is suppressed and the dehydration water content of the resin is reduced; by causing coagulated bodies of the polymer latex to scatter in the coagulant solution with a concentration at which the dripped or injected polymer latex can form the coagulated bodies while retaining shapes, at a temperature lower than the glass transition temperature; and subsequently conducting a heat of coagulation controlling operation by raising temperature of the coagulant solution to a predetermined temperature higher than the glass transition temperature at speed of 3°C/s or lower.
