摘要 The eyeground of an examined eye is stereo-shot via an eyeground shooting optical system with a predetermined parallax employed (S100). In order to perform a three-dimensional shape measurement for the eyeground of the examined eye using the obtained right and left parallax images, the shot stereo eyeground images are subjected to a color separation process (S101); the stereo eyeground images of different wavelength components obtained by the color separation process are then subjected to a depth information measurement process for obtaining respective pieces of information about the depth of a particular eyeground portion (S103); and a thickness information measurement process is performed in which the difference between the pieces of depth information obtained from the respective stereo eyeground images of different wavelength components in the depth information measurement process is determined as information about the thickness of a particular eyeground tissue (S104). In addition, a spatial frequency filtering process is also performed for an image of a particular wavelength component (S103).
