SERVER, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISASTER MANAGEMENT

PURPOSE: A server for managing disaster, a system for managing disaster using the same and a method for managing a disaster for the same are provided to consider observation location information and azimuth information, thereby fast and accurately providing information about disaster location on a map. CONSTITUTION: An access receiver(182) is connected to a mobile communication company server(170) which is stored in a message data, and receives message data. The message data includes observation location information and azimuth information of disaster position indication device(100). By considering the received message data, a disaster information provider(184) provides disaster information.
