PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person who happens to be present in the vicinity of a case site to protect the person himself/herself. SOLUTION: This case information notification system is composed of a plurality of master units 100 being a fixed station, and mutually exchanges information with a plurality of slave units being a mobile object through a radio channel. A wireless communication processing part 110 receives case encounter information indicating a case encounter, sent from one of the plurality of slave units. The case encounter information includes case site information being location information of the slave unit being a transmission source of the information. Then, a control part 130 acquires distances between respective positions of the slave unit and a position shown by the case site information as slave unit distance information. Here, the control part 130 prepares escape guidance information being information for guiding an escape from the case, for each of the plurality of slave units on the basis of the slave unit distance information, and notifies each of the plurality of slave units of the escape guidance information of each slave unit to make each slave unit notify the escape guidance information.
