PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase sizes of ice blocks without reducing an ice storage region in an ice-making machine. SOLUTION: The ice-making machine 10 includes: a case body 12 having an ice storage chamber 12a defined therein; a mechanism frame 28 installed above the ice storage chamber 12a; and an ice-making mechanism 50 installed at the lower side of the mechanism frame 28 and making ice blocks. The ice-making machine 10 further includes: a raising member 22 provided at upper sides of walls 14, 15, 21 constituting side faces of the case body 12 and raising the walls 14, 15, 21 upwardly to expand the ice storage chamber 12a upwardly; a support member 42 detachably provided at upper sides of walls 14, 15, 21 of the case body 12 and performing support so that the mechanism frame 28 is positioned in a storage part 22a internally defined in the raising member 22; and a top plate 18 placed on the raising member 22 to close the upper side of the ice storage chamber 12a.
