PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a laminated secondary battery to show an enough function as a battery by maintaining mutual contact of unit cell elements, and the likes, even when a gas is generated inside the laminated secondary battery which uses a polymer electrolyte. SOLUTION: In a laminated secondary battery (10), a layer of a polymer electrolyte (16) is inserted between a sheet positive electrode (12) and a sheet negative electrode (14) of a unit cell element (18), a laminate (22) has a lamination of the unit cell elements, and the laminate is degassed and sealed with laminated sheets (24). A buffer (20) for collecting the gas generated in the laminate is placed on the side of the laminate, with the inside in a vacuum in between the laminate sheets. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
