PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head capable of improving the discharging property of bubbles to suppress erroneous ejection of a liquid, and to provide a liquid ejection device. SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head includes a liquid supply channel for supplying the liquid, from a liquid reserving means for reserving the liquid, to a head body, and a liquid reserving part 28 which is arranged along the liquid supply channel and on which a filter is mounted. On the bottom face of the liquid reserving part, at least one groove 28a communicating with an opening 23c of the liquid supply channel in the downstream side further than the liquid reserving part is provided, and the groove is constituted so that a flow rate in the groove is faster than the flow rate in the other part of the liquid reserving part during sucking the liquid.
