PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an electromagnetic relay wherein an armature is supported to an iron core body with a hinge spring at an approach and separation-free state and a contact mechanism is connected to the armature. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic relay 10 has an iron core 12 where the iron core body 23 and an iron core yoke 24 are connected to each other at an approximately L-shape, a bobbin 14 which covers the iron core body with a conductive coil 15 wound therearound, the armature 17 connected to the iron core yoke and approached to and separated from the iron core body with the hinge spring 16, and the contact mechanism 19 connected to the armature via a connection member 18. The electromagnetic relay 10 has an adjustment member 13 arranged on the other end 23b of the iron core body, the adjustment member extends in a direction crossed with the longitudinal direction of the iron core body, a contact surface 13a which is approximately in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the iron core body is arranged, and a contactor is formed so as to approach to and separate from the contact surface.
