PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a method, and a program for ultrasonic diagnosis obtaining an image suitable for observation of an interest region of an organ to be diagnosed without need of an intuitive and complicated process. SOLUTION: An ultrasound diagnostic apparatus includes a display memory control unit 11 for relating at least one region name of an organ with a display method corresponding to the region, and memorizing in a memory unit, a region retrieval unit 8 for retrieving the region information from the region name in three-dimensional image data acquired by measuring the organ, and a display control unit 9 for transforming a two-dimensional image of the region from the three-dimensional image data and the region information with a display method corresponding to the region and controlling the display of the two-dimensional image to the display section.
