PURPOSE: A transfer paper, a manufacturing method thereof, a release agent used for manufacturing thereof, a permeate, and an offset ink are provided to clearly express a print layer transferred to an object when being transferred using a cotton sublimation transfer. CONSTITUTION: A release agent for manufacturing a transfer paper comprises the following: a first solution including silicon; and a second solution including polywax. The silicon and the polywax are mixed in a ratio of 2:1~3:1. A manufacturing method of a sublimation transfer paper comprises the following steps: printing the release agent on a transfer master paper using a plate with a specific pattern(S204); printing a permeate on the transfer master paper with the release agent(S206); and offset printing with an offset ink on the transfer master paper(S208). |
