PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer of earth and sand gathered on-site causing no trouble of material feed operation by controlling a movement amount of the upper end even when a tilting angle is adjusted. SOLUTION: The device includes: a support trestle 37 on which a mixing tube 2 is mounted; a slanting fixed length pillar 38 whose base end is rotatably fixed to the support trestle and whose tip end is rotatably fixed to the upper side of the mixing tube; a support pillar 39 whose ends are both pin-bonded to the support trestle and the lower end side of the mixing tube, respectively; and a variable length pillar 40 whose one end is rotatably pin-bonded to the support trestle and whose another end is rotatably pin-bonded to the mixing tube and which is extended or contracted to adjust the tilting angle of the mixing tube.
