PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable pipe sealing device of which distal end of an insertion part does not easily buckle. SOLUTION: Since a distal end part does not buckle and an insertion part 140 of the sealing member is not rolled in, even if the insertion part 140 of the sealing member is extended, by using an insertion tool provided with a projection part 160 projecting in axial direction of the insertion part 140 of the sealing member at a bottom part of a blind hole 156 extending at the insertion part 140 of the rubber sealing member, and provided with the distal end part fitting with the projection part and the bottom part of the blind hole 156 at the distal end of the insertion part of the insertion tool, the reliable pipe sealing device not breaking through the insertion part 140 of the sealing member with the insertion tool is provided.
