PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inlet passage structure of a V-shaped internal combustion engine, wherein the lengths of inlet passages are equal to each other. SOLUTION: In the inlet passage structure of the V-shaped internal combustion engine 17, front and rear banks 110A, 110B have inlet ports 145 where the lengths of the inlet passages are almost equal to each other, and an inlet chamber 43 is connected to upper end openings 145E of the inlet ports 145. A throttle body 42 and the inlet chamber 43 are offset from each other to the side ranging to a cylinder 135 on the side far from the throttle body 42. In the inlet chamber 43, the inlet passage 43B is formed approximately straight up to the upper end opening 145E of the inlet port 145 ranging to the cylinder 135 on the side far from the throttle body 42, and the inlet passage 43A is formed in a curved shape up to the upper end opening 145E of the inlet port 145 ranging to a cylinder 135 on the side close thereto.
