A multilayer blow molded container having a layer structure that a polyglycolic acid layer is provided as a core layer, and thermoplastic polyester resin layers are arranged as inner and outer layers, wherein the melt viscosity x of a polyglycolic acid forming the polyglycolic acid layer is 300 to 900 Pa·s as measured at a temperature of 270°C and a shear rate of 122 sec -1 , the melt viscosity y of a thermoplastic polyester resin forming the thermoplastic polyester resin layers is 250 to 600 Pa·s as measured at a temperature of 290°C and a shear rate of 122 sec -1 , and a melt viscosity ratio x/y between both melt viscosities is 0.85 to 1.80, and a production process thereof.
