PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing chiosan processed product is provided to easily produce chitosan product by solubilization. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a chitosan processed produce comprises a step of reacting ethanol of 95% or more of ethyl alcohol, chitosan and organic acid containing lactic acid and acetic acid. The viscosity of the chitosan is 600 cps or more. The organic acid is contained in 20-50 weight% based on total weight.
