<p>PURPOSE: A multi-sector antenna for a mobile radio communications network is provided to control the number of sectors according to a subscriber distribution, quantity, and capacity by variously forming it like 4 sectors, 5 sectors, and so on. CONSTITUTION: A multi-sector antenna for a mobile radio communications network is composed of the N number of a discrete sector antenna(10) attached to an antenna support structure towards a N direction. The discrete sector antenna is composed of a reflector(11), a shielding plate(12), a radiation element(13), and a moisture-proof cover(30). The reflector reflects an electric wave towards a front direction. The shielding plate is projected to be slope in the side wall of the reflector in order to shield the radio frequency interference with the adjacent other discrete sector antenna. The radiation element is arranged in the front side of the reflector into a multi-stage form. The moisture-proof cover protects the discrete sector antenna.</p> |
