PURPOSE: A polyamide-imide film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the heat-resistance property and the mechanical property of the film, and to improve the unveiling property. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide-imide film includes a polymer matrix marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, A is either a functional group marked with chemical formula 1-a or a functional group marked with chemical formula 1-b. PAI is either a functional group marked with chemical formula 1-c or a functional group marked with chemical formula 1-d.
