PURPOSE: A method for forming bodies of expandable road safety facilities, which easily perform a molding process for a main body with a simple method, is provided to maximize productivity by reducing a time to form a main body. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming bodies of expandable road safety facilities is as follows. A material composition is uniformly mixed(S1). The fixed amount of the mixed material composition is put into in a main body mold of upper and lower dies. The upper and lower dies have a receiving space part(S2). Heat is applied in the main body mold and fuses the mixed material composition in order to a foamed body by foaming and a cross-linking(S3). The upper and lower dies of the main body mold is open. If the volume of the foaming material is swelled a main body(S4) is formed.
