PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter using scissors for cutting roll of fabrics such as gauze, bandage, ribbon, preventing over straddling of scissors by centrifugal force in rotation of the scissors centering a fulcrum rod. SOLUTION: There is provided a cutter 13c having folding type arm parts 1a, 1b and a receptacle installed on the scissors 27, wherein a kick spring 28 (or butterfly spring) is welded to the outside of each blade of scissors, and the fulcrum rod is passed through the center part of a circular kick spring. Consequently, the scissors straddles properly after cutting, and the leading end feeding for next cutting is readily carried out. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
