PURPOSE: An integrated LED chip inspecting and sorting apparatus is provided to reduce a process time for inspecting and sorting an LED chip. CONSTITUTION: An LED chip transferred in a probing process is filled in a vacant plate and a sorting stage(80) fixes the vacant plate transferred by a vacant plate transfer griper and has a vision for recognizing the coordinate of an LED chip. A vacant stage(100) fixes the vacant plate transferred from a vacant magazine according to a class and receives the LED chip of the fixed vacant plate and arranges the receives the LED chip. A sorting swing arm(90) absorbs the LED chip picked up by a needle and transfers the absorbed LED chip to the vacant plate. A vacant plate transfer gripper(130) transfers the vacant plate for a sorting process. |
