<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking method utilizing enzyme existing in a food without adding ready-made enzyme, and cooking after an enzyme reaction process so as to increase nutrient components and palatable components more than a usual cooking method. <P>SOLUTION: A cooker includes a heating chamber 6, heating means 9, a heating saucer 11 set above the heating means 9 and used as a heat generator, temperature detecting means 12 detecting temperature in the heating chamber, and control means 16 controlling the heating means 9 based on a signal of the temperature detecting means 12. The heating means is controlled so as to perform a heating step after passing an enzyme reaction step of keeping a pan in an enzyme activating temperature zone for a fixed time, and as a result, nutrient components and palatable components are increased more than a usual cooking method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
