PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporative cooling device capable of controlling a flow of a liquid refrigerant in a boiling part and cooling the liquid refrigerant in the boiling part immediately after generation of air bubbles. SOLUTION: In the evaporative cooling device 10 including a refrigerant storage part 12 for storing the liquid refrigerant R receiving heat of a heating element, a passage forming means is provided within the refrigerant storage part 12. The passage forming means divides inside of the refrigerant storage part 12 into a first liquid refrigerant passage T1 receiving heat of the heating element and a second liquid refrigerant passage T2 communicated with the lower part of the first liquid refrigerant passage T1.
