ANISOTROPIC LIGHT DIFFUSION FILM, MULTILAYER SHEET OF SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME

Disclosed is an anisotropic light diffusion film which has excellent light transmittance and excellent light diffusibility, while having a function of collecting and diffusing light in a specific direction, namely an anisotropic light-diffusing function. Also disclosed are a multilayer sheet comprising the anisotropic light diffusion film and a method for producing the anisotropic light diffusion film. The anisotropic light diffusion film is characterized by being formed from a mixture of at least two incompatible thermoplastic resins and satisfying the following characteristics (1)-(4) at the same time. (1) The total light transmittance is not less than 66%. (2) The haze value is more than 80%. (3) The parallel light transmittance is less than 20%. (4) Either the diffusion degree ratio 1 (DH1/DL1) or the diffusion degree ratio 2 (DH2/DL2) of the transmitted light that is measured by a goniophotometer at an incident angle of 0° is more than 2.0, said diffusion degree ratios 1 and 2 being determined according to the method explained in the description.
