PURPOSE: Hollow fiber membrane modules, a filtering device using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to replace and repair hollow fiber membrane by self-guiding hollow fiber membrane modules. CONSTITUTION: First and second headers(110) include water collecting parts. A bundle of hollow fiber membranes are placed between the headers. The water collecting parts are in connection with the hollow fiber membranes. Lateral faces are arranged to the headers. Grooves(111) expanded to the longitudinal direction of the hollow fiber membranes are formed on the lateral sides. The headers include protruded ports(112) through which filtered water is drained from the water collecting parts to the outside.
