PURPOSE: A light-collecting member, an illumination part and an optical checking device using the same are provided to increase test reliability. CONSTITUTION: A light-collecting member comprises a light source(220), a beam separation member(230) and a light-collecting member(260). The light source emits the light. The light is reflected and transmitted according to the direction of the light which the beam separation member is income. The light-collecting member refracts the light which is emitted from the light source and is reflected to the beam separation member. The light-collecting member which the light-collecting member guides the light reflected to from the illumination object to the beam separation member. The light-collecting member is separately placed to the direction in which the beam separation member reflects the light from the beam separation member. A hole(215), through which light passes is formed on the central part of the light-collecting member.
