PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control propriety of use of a cache function in response to an appearance situation of a graphic. SOLUTION: A drawing expansion part 362 carries out drawing expansion on the basis of a drawing instruction. A first drawing part 366 carries out graphic drawing on the basis of a graphic format obtained by graphic expansion of the drawing expansion part 362. A graphic format registration part 365 registers a graphic format when the drawing expansion part 362 carries out drawing expansion of a graphic. A graphic drawing part 368 carries out graphic drawing in place of the first drawing part 366 by selecting a registered graphic format when a corresponding graphic format is registered in the graphic format registration part 365. Threshold determination of an appearance situation of a graphic in a processing object page is carried out by a graphic appearance situation counting part 352 and a cache validity determining part 354.
