PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that an adhesive agent protrudes into a liquid chamber and lowers the initial filling characteristic of ink, the depth of irregularities is limited in surface roughing process, only the vicinity of the surface is roughed, and the initial filling characteristic is not improved. SOLUTION: A channel plate 1 is joined with a diaphragm member 2 by the adhesive agent 30, and the channel plate 1 is joined with a nozzle plate 3 by the adhesive agent 30. Part of the adhesive agent 30 protrudes into the liquid chamber 6 and serves as a squeeze part 31. The squeeze part 31 of the adhesive agent 30 protruding into the liquid chamber 6 has a porous structure having a plurality of pores 32, which are exposed at least from the surface.
