PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a mobile station apparatus for suppressing a use amount of an SRS (sounding reference signal) communication resource; a base station apparatus; a transmission method; and a receiving method.

SOLUTION: A correlation rule-setting portion 102 sets a rule for correlating a Preamble with an SRS transmission time interval so that a Preamble transmission time domain and an SRS transmission time domain are in the same transmission time domain. An SRS transmission time domain-deciding portion 103 decides a time interval of a transmission time domain capable of transmitting an SRS based on the Preamble transmission time interval inputted from a Preamble transmission domain deciding portion 101 and a correlation rule inputted from the correlation rule-setting portion 102.
