PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the damage of a hot and cold water supply passage caused by the thermal expansion of hot and cold water in simple configuration effectively utilizing configuration used for forming the hot and cold water supply passage. SOLUTION: The mist sauna apparatus is provided with a mist nozzle for jetting hot and cold water supplied through the hot and cold water supply passage, in a mist state into a sauna space, and operation control means for controlling operation. The operation control means is configured to carry out preliminary operation processing for operating heating means in the closed state of an on-off valve when a start command of mist operation is instructed, and to carry out mist operation processing for opening the on-off valve when mist jet permitting conditions are fulfilled. A piping joint T for connecting passage forming pipe portions to each other at a passage portion located between the on-off valve and valve means of the hot and cold water supply passage, includes an absorbing means A for absorbing thermal expansion of hot and cold water.
