PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent charging by a telephone call from a telephone set in a destination visited. SOLUTION: In a telephone system, a caller number may be recorded in response to a one-ringing call from a caller and the recorded caller number may be called back and connected, so that the telephone exchange system may be charged. Therefore, a telephone exchange system 10 includes a connection destination database 20 for previously registering a caller number of a telephone set that a user uses in a destination visited.
