PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight in a disc rotor, by thinning respective cooling fins, in the ventilated type disc rotor. SOLUTION: This disc rotor 10 has a hat part 10a, and has an annular sliding part 10b integrally arranged on the outer periphery of this hat part 10a. In the annular sliding part 10b, an inner disc part (13) and an outer disc part (12) are integrally connected by a plurality of cooling fins 11c. The hat part 10a (composed of a cylindrical part 11a and an annular flange part 11b) and the cooling fins 11c are integrally formed of a metallic plate material (a steel plate mold 11), and the inner disc part (13) and the outer disc part (12) are formed by casting, and the inner disc part (13) and the outer disc part (12) are integrally connected by the cooling fins 11c by casting the cooling fins 11c in the inner disc part (13) and the outer disc part (12).
