The present invention relates to a prosthetic implant process in which a fixture is implanted in the edentulous alveolar bone of a patient and, after the passage of a predetermined period of time (3 to 6 months) during which bone attachment to the fixture occurs, an upper prosthesis (an artificial crown) is produced for placing on the fixture implanted into the bone. The present invention also relates to a prosthetic implant components set which allows the replica to rise off without using an impression coping, and to a production method for a replication plaster model comprising an abutment post using the components set. |
