PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a data collection system for re-collecting measurement data of missing periods without performing re-collection processing at a time when the collected measurement data is lacking and without imposing a load on an operator. SOLUTION: A server 200 retrieves the existence or nonexistence of lack and the missing periods concerning the measurement data stored in a data storage part 240, based on a request to retrieve the missing periods of the measurement data from a display terminal 100, and transmits the list of the missing periods being a retrieval result to the display terminal 100. Then, the display terminal 100 displays the list of the missing periods on a screen, and the operator designates the missing period to be re-collected from among the list displayed on the screen.
