PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based oriented film excellent in transparency, flexibility, and flex resistance, and inhibiting bleed-out of lactide and the like during a production step. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-based biaxially oriented film includes a resin composition comprising a polylactic acid (A), a polylactic acid-based copolymer containing 30-70 mass% of a lactic acid component (B), and a rubbery component (C), wherein the mass ratio of the polylactic acid (A) to the polylactic acid-based copolymer (B) is (60-90):(40-10), the content of the rubbery component (C) is 5-30 pts.mass based on the total 100 pts.mass of the polylactic acid (A) and the polylactic acid-based copolymer (B), and the amount of the lactide is≤0.5 mass%.
