PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing apparatus capable of accurately generating signals without increasing sampling frequencies. SOLUTION: The signal processing apparatus for generating signals on the basis of a plurality of signals in differential relationship or in phase relationship with respect to each other includes: a sampler 100 that repeatedly samples the plurality of signals in a prescribed order; and a processing circuit 200 that generates synthesized signals in phase or opposite phase with respect to the plurality of signals for each sampling timings by adding or subtracting sampling data of the plurality of signals with close sampling timings outputted from the sampler 100.
