PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measuring device measuring an amount or a ratio of bubbles in a fluid flowing within a pipe without large-scale processing of the piping and also achieving a high measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic measuring device 1 includes a transducer 13 which transmits an ultrasonic signal U to a fluid X, receives a reflected signal of the ultrasonic signal from the fluid X, and outputs a received signal S2 and a first measurement part (from filter part 24 to bubble amount operation part 26) which determines a number of signals, contained in a received signal S3 converted from the received signal S2 and obtained by receiving a reflected signal R due to bubbles B in the fluid X, and measures an amount of bubbles B in the fluid.
