PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier excellent in a power supply noise resistance property, having a low consumption current, and can be cascade-connected. SOLUTION: Counter voltages of capacitive elements (CL1, CL2) for converting a current/voltage are respectively precharged to a first power supply (VDD) level and a second power supply (VSS) level with the use of a pair of first potential conversion transistors (MN1, MN2) and a pair of second precharge transistors (MP3, MP4). After completion of this precharge, a constant current is partitioned out from the first power supply in response to input signals (VIP, VIN) through a pair of differential transistors (MP1, MP2) and supplied to the capacitive elements. After the halting state of the current supply to the capacitive elements, the pair of first transistors (MN1, MN2) are set to ON state, the pair of second transistors (MP3, MP4) are set to OFF state, and voltage levels of output nodes (2a, 2b) are shifted to generate output signals (VON, VOP).
