The method involves feeding and positioning a container (2) in a working position, and determining height (H) of the container. A predetermined length of a film tube is cut for forming a pouch-like film tube section, where the section has length depending on the determined height of the container. The section is moved to a delivery position adjacent to an opening of the container, and a free edge part of the section is retained. The edge part is extended and drawn over an edge of the container, and the edge part is unwound for attachment to an external wall of the container. An independent claim is also included for a device for interior lining of a single side opened container with a plastic film comprising a feeding device for feeding the container. |
