PURPOSE: A method for treating hazardous waste is provided to bury or incinerate asbestos or pathogenic waste and to completely block leakage and contamination of hazardous waste to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating hazardous waste comprises: a step of inserting the hazardous waste to a primary sealing container(100) and sealing; a receiving the primary sealing container into a secondary sealing container(200) and sealing; a step of inserting a filling material of cement or mortar between the primary and secondary sealing container; a step of inserting the secondary sealing container to the tertiary sealing container(300); and a step of burying the resultant in the underground.
