THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER MATERIAL BY THE UTILIZATION OF RECLAIMED VULCANIZED RUBBER POWDER

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic elastomer material is provided to secure the excellent material recycling effect by mainly using inexpensive reclaimed vulcanized rubber powder, and to improve the matter property of reclaimed vulcanized rubber. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer material using reclaimed vulcanized rubber powder contains the following: 50~80wt% of reclaimed vulcanized rubber powder with a chemically activated surface; 10~20wt% of thermoplastic raw material; 5~20wt% of compatibilizing agent as an additive; and 5~10wt% of softening agent. The thermoplastic raw material is a thermoplastic polyolefin-based elastomer material or a thermoplastic resin.
