PURPOSE: A sliding device and an electronic device having the same are provided to complete a relative sliding action of a first and a second slider in a state that speed is satisfactorily reduced, thereby reducing the impact by the sliding. CONSTITUTION: A sliding surface comprises a predetermined slide with a sliding direction for alleviating the impact according to a relative sliding of a first and a second slider(31,32). A first damping device(40) is arranged to other slider with the sliding surface to connect the sliding surface in part interval space of relative sliding selection and comprises friction member(61). The friction member increases a friction force with the sliding surface as getting closer to the direction where the relative sliding is completed.
