<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a more practical imaging system equipped with an image sensor. <P>SOLUTION: When imaging a plurality of types of electronic components which a mounting head holds, an ROI is set in an imaging area for each of the electronic components, image data are acquired following an image data acquisition condition established for each electronic circuit component. When the electronic component differs depending on the type, in an exposure time which is suitable for image acquisition and the exposure times established as the image data acquisition conditions differ in four types, exposure is performed four times by setting a difference of the adjoining exposure times as each time exposure time under the condition that the shortest established exposure time and the four types of established exposure time are arranged in order of lengths. An output obtained by each time exposure is added in a combination established for each ROI to acquire the image data of the established exposure time. The image data of the exposure time suitable for each component can be obtained while forming the image of the plurality of types of electronic components in the imaging area concurrently, and moreover, the total exposure time can be shortened by image data acquisition based on the addition of the output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
