PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress warpage caused at a sintered compact in sintering treatment. SOLUTION: Three-piled powder molded product 3 are placed on the surfaces spread with refractory plates 2 made of carbon. Further, a heavy slate 4 made of alumina is provided on the molded product 3. Since the heavy slate 4 presses the molded product 3 downward by the specific gravity thereof, warpage of the sintered compact is suppressed upon sintering treatment, and the high dimensional precision of this sintered compact is secured. Further, since this carbon has high temperature strength or the like, the thinning (lightening) of the refractory plate 2 is achieved. Thus, the heat volume of the refractory plate 2 is reduced, and, a reduction in the temperature in a sintering furnace upon conveyance of the compact 3 into the furnace is suppressed to the minimum, and stable sintering treatment is performed.
