PURPOSE: A power supply device of an electric device and an installation method thereof are provided to supply power to an electric device of the distribution of electricity by using a sheath circulation current which flows into a sheath ground line as a current source. CONSTITUTION: A current amplifier(310) comprises a current amplifier. The current amplifier is serially arranged to a sheath ground line. The current amplifier amplifies a sheath circulation current which flows into the sheath ground line with a predetermined amplification ratio. A current transforming part(320) comprises a current transformer for a power source. The current transforming part transforms the sheath circulation current which is amplified with the current transformer into a predetermined current transform ratio. The current transforming part supplies the transformed sheath circulation current to the power source part(410) of the electric device(400) for the distribution of electricity.
