<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment that reduces intensity of noise generated from each of a plurality of noise generation parts. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An optical disk device 1 is provided with a drive device 21 reading data from an optical disk 100, and an HDMI transmitting part 22 DA converting the data and outputting it to a TV60. A ground terminal of the drive device 21 is connected to a frame ground FG and first noise is grounded. The optical disk device 1 is provided with a FET Q1 for turning ON-OFF the noise flowing from the ground terminal to the frame ground FG, and a control part 10 switches ON/OFF of the FET Q1 at a predetermined duty ratio or frequency. The control part 10 can set impedance to a proper value by adjusting a duty ratio or a frequency or the like. Thereby, intensity of each noise generated from a first noise generating part N1 and a second noise generating part N2 can be reduced to be less than the reference value Eth.
