PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a temperature rise of a motor rotor core and a permanent magnet mounted on the rotor core. SOLUTION: An end plate 76 mounted on a rotor core 72 is formed such that an outer diameter We is smaller than an outer diameter Wr of the rotor core 72. When a rotor 70 of a motor MG2 is rotationally driven, the end plate 76 is prevented from being affected by a leakage magnetic-flux or the like from a coil 84 of a stator 80 so as to prevent a temperature rise, and further allows the rotor core 72 to be easily cooled by air. Therefore, the rotor core 72 and a permanent magnet 73 easily dissipate heat. Consequently, it is possible to suppress a temperature rise of the rotor core 72 and the permanent magnet 73.
