<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of restraining a curl of paper ejected to a paper ejecting part. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing device 80 of the image forming device 10 includes a heating roller 81 for heating a developer image transferred to the paper and a pressurizing roller 82 brought into pressure contact with the heating roller 81 by sandwiching the paper between the heating roller 81 and itself, and fixes the developer image to the paper. A curl correcting part is arranged on the downstream side of the fixing device 80 in the paper carrying direction, and can be freely displaced to a first position for curving the paper in the direction of projecting to the heating roller 81 side in the direction for connecting the heating roller 81 and the pressurizing roller 82 and a second position of not curving the paper. A detecting part 60 is arranged on the upstream side more than the curl correcting part in the paper carrying direction, and detects an obverse-reverse arranging state of the paper.
